Krimulda Manor

An impressive manor complex has been formed in Krimulda that still exists today. Noble Krimulda Manor was built in the middle of the 19th century in the classicism-style. In 1921 it came under responsibility of the Latvian Red Cross that established the only medical treatment institution for bone tuberculosis patients in Latvia, today - the rehabilitation center. Krimuldas Manor is Gauja's beautiful scenery residence, pleasing guests with the nature of ancient valley and the local winery CREMON. The charming isolation of the castle makes it possible to enjoy the beauty of "Switzerland of Vidzeme". The Manor is involved in tourism, offering entertainment opportunities for tourists - renting premises, catering, SPA treatments, accommodation and tours around the historic center of the Manor.

Krimuldas estate area is easy available to the public, free of charge. The manor indoor viewing and guided tours are available for an entrance fee (Eur 2,-/per person).
